Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

For your return to be accepted:

The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
The product must be in new, unused condition to allow it to be resold.
The proof of purchase must be included with the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or refund. Please contact us by email at contact@overalighting.com, attaching photos of the issue to help us process your request. In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at contact@overalighting.com to arrange the return

Return Procedure

For any request, please write to us at contact@overalighting.com. Once your request has been confirmed as eligible, the products must be returned to the following address:

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.

Note: as your customers are based in the UK, it's worth double-checking this policy against the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which also grant a 14-day right of withdrawal (or up to 14 days after providing a reason for exchange) — the wording above should already be broadly compliant, but a quick review by a professional is recommended given cross-border sales.
